A great idea but SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED! Once app fails, then the web one won't work because you can't login. Resetting passwords should not be waiting 20+ minutes for the reset link and should not say your password failed to change after that much waiting. An example of taking what worked (passwords) with something that does not work or is full of bugs. At least allow the hotels the option of being able to log in via password or pin. Requiring only pin means no backup plans.

Used to be fast (within 1–2 days). Nowadays, very disappointing, lousy nak mampos. I emailed to request A PROPERTY name change, not PROPERTIES & even after several days, there's still no response or action. If changing a property name takes this long, just let property owners do it themselves. No point saying "Email us, we'll do it for you" when even after a week, nothing has been changed. Please improve your response time & follow-up. You are wasting owners' time waiting!!!

There's always an issue in the Agoda messaging. We can't open any of our guests messages even if it's urgent. It causes a lot of bad review due to poor communication! Fix the app!!!
